Jane Seymour feels sexier than ever | Jane Seymour poses for 'Playboy' at 67 and details sexual harassment in interview

The 67-year-old actress admitted she felt a pressure to "be sexy" when she was younger, but age has given her more "freedom" and she feels comfortable with herself.

She said: "I feel much sexier now than I ever did when I was younger. Then I was like, 'Oh gosh, I'm supposed to be sexy. What is that?! There's an enormous freedom in having lived as long as I have.

"Like my father used to say, I'm comfortable in my own skin."

The 'Live and Let Die' actress - who was previously married to Michael Attenborough, Geoffrey Planer, David Flynn and James Keach - still catches the eye of much younger men and she finds the attention "very flattering".

Speaking to Playboy magazine, she said: "I say, 'Oh darn, in another life.' I find that very flattering.

"I mean, usually you're invisible by this age! I"m not trying to prove anything to anyone. When you're younger, it's all about 'look at me.' I'm not trying to get anyone to look at me."

Jane - who has four children - admitted she has been "tempted" by cosmetic surgery, but has been put off by seeing how it has changed other people she knows.

She said: "I haven't done any surgeries or injections or anything. I haven't done any of it.

"So I still look like 'me.' Everyday I'm kind of tempted, but then I look at people I know and I don't [recognise] them. I'm authentically being me. That's important to me."

The former 'Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman' star admitted her work has seen her experience a number of "challenges" but she's thankful to have had a "strong role model" in her mother to inspire her through her difficulties.

She said: "People say, 'You're like a phoenix.' No, I just had a strong role model in my mother.

"Everyone will have challenges. Your natural instinct is to close up your heart and let it eat you up. Do something to help someone. It will heal you. You'll be like a magnet when you do that. Light to firefly."

Jane Seymour feels "better-than-ever" at 67 and she's proving it by posing in Playboy for the third time.
The actress, who said she feels "sexier" now than she did when she was younger, posed for the magazine in the July 1973 and January 1987 issues.
“There’s an enormous freedom in having lived as long as I have. Like my father used to say, I’m comfortable in my own skin,” she told Playboy
Seymour told Playboy that like many women in Hollywood, she too, dealt with sexual harassment and intimidation. In 1972, a powerful industry producer asked her to come to his house to discuss a new role. Instead of discussing the role, he made it clear that he expected sexual favors in return for the role.
She said she was horrified and asked him to call her a cab.
“He put me in a car and said, ‘If anyone knows you ever came here, if you ever tell anyone, ever, I’ll guarantee you never work again anywhere on the planet,” she told Playboy.  “And he had that power. I got in the cab and cried, terrified.”
Seymour said she went back to England after the incident and quit acting, until an opportunity to be part of A Doll's House came up.
She told Playboy she felt compelled to tell her story because "women should have a choice."
